Delivery and Returns
Our Delivery Policy
If you are outside the UK, please email the address below to request a carriage charge quote. Otherwise there may be a delay in your item being dispatched.
Delivery for all products usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting.
Please note that we will need to wait 14 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
Our Returns Policy
We will always endeavour to send out items that are perfect, but we are aware that some things are out of our control. If the items arrive and are not to your satisfaction then:
Delivered damaged, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what you ordered
Our returns department must be informed of all damaged, defective, incorrectly advertised or products you did not order within 7 days of receipt. Before you return the item please email the address below with the Subject: RETURNS. We maybe able to sort out the problem without the need to return the item. After contact from us, return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund (including your postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost. Please return to the address shown below and include a covering letter with your address details.
Return an unwanted product
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened, unused and in perfect condition, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs.
If you return an item as faulty or defective and we discover nothing wrong, we will return the item back to you.
